BrookServices LLC is proudly family-owned and operated by Tim and Jake, a father-and-son team with deep roots in the trades. They bring over 35 years of combined experience in the home repair industry, united by a passion for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Tim is a licensed electrician with over three decades of experience as a business owner and sole proprietor. He has worked with several well-known North Carolina construction and property management firms, including Cady Construction, Grubb Property Management Corporation, and CB Richard Ellis. Jake began learning the trade at a young age, working alongside his father during school breaks. At 18, he joined the U.S. Navy to pursue higher education, eventually earning a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an MBA. Following his service, he chose to settle in Newport News, Virginia, where he now applies his leadership and business expertise to help grow BrookServices and continue the family legacy of trusted, high-quality home repair and maintenance.

BrookServices LLC traces its roots back to 1998, when it was first established in North Carolina with a mission to provide reliable, high-quality home repair services that help strengthen local communities. Although the original business concluded operations in 2004, its guiding purpose endured. In response to shifting market demands, The Aqua Man LLC was launched in 2007 to focus exclusively on residential and commercial pressure washing services. The business thrived and was successfully sold in 2014. Today, recognizing a renewed demand for skilled and trustworthy home maintenance solutions, BrookServices LLC has been proudly revived and rebranded in Newport News, Virginia. We remain committed to delivering dependable service with the same integrity and quality that defined our beginnings.
